BIOGRAPHY

Alexandra wrote The Four, now a multi-award winning book, on a lark after a disappointing rejection of The Circlet. Which is currently in edit due of the success of The Four. Funny how life doesn't work out but then does. Her work in progress, The shelf over the closet door is walking a fine line between Neil Gaiman, L. Frank Baum and the Legend of King Arthur. She & her husband have always said they live on the Island of Misfit Toys, if you didn't have a place of your own you were welcome here. Over the years that has included dogs, horses, children and young adults - often not their own. She lives in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia with her husband Mark & Klaus Von Beagle, who they adopted from the Envigo facility.  Prior to launching her writing career she designed exhibits for museums spending her days amongst some of the most beautiful works in the world. This experience along with a lifetime filled with travel convinced her to start her own world of art through storytelling.
